ISABEL - Mayfair, London

We were thrilled to work on the stunning windows and doors of Isabel Restaurant, where we completed a beautiful reverse glass gilding project. The client opted for a classic two-tone design featuring elegant chisel-style lettering. To achieve this look, we used two different methods on glass: Mirror gilding (water gilding) and Matte gilding (oil gilding). For the water gilding, we used genuine 24CT gold leaf, while 22CT transfer gold leaves were used for the oil gilding. We're proud to showcase the stunning final signage and some of the original design sketches below.
